1. Nature of the service
DomainOka is an informational tool for analyzing domain names and estimating approximate price ranges. Results are not an offer to buy, an official appraisal, legal or financial advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of a sale or a buyer.
2. User responsibility
You are responsible for independently checking domain ownership, comparable sales, trademarks, local laws, contact data, and any purchase, sale, or marketing decision you make based on a report.
3. Potential-client finder
The finder opens public Google search results and does not expose the technical query to the user. Use it only for lawful professional outreach, respect anti-spam laws and the terms of Google and visited websites, and do not collect or send personal data without an appropriate lawful basis.
4. Availability and changes
The service is in Beta; public sources may become unavailable and results or interfaces may change without notice. We may modify features, discontinue parts of the service, or update these terms when needed.
