Privacy policy
At DomainOka, we aim to keep data handling simple and clear, especially during the free Beta stage.
What is stored on your device?
Your browser stores product preferences and a limited set of local workspace data, including language, analysis history, watchlist items, private listings, and feedback notes. The local-storage mechanism does not send these items to DomainOka by itself; you can delete them using page controls or by clearing site data in your browser.
What happens when you analyze a domain?
When you submit feedback from a report, the page attempts to send it to the feedback service and may keep a temporary local copy so you can try again if delivery is unavailable. Local storage is not used as a substitute for consent or to bypass browser settings.
The domain name you choose to analyze is sent to the service endpoint needed to build the report, and public signals may be requested from services such as RDAP, DNS, Wayback, and crt.sh. The analysis data needed for the commercial reading is also sent to DomainOka's server. We do not ask for your name, password, or API key.
Google Sign-In
DomainOka offers Google Sign-In as an optional way to authenticate to your account. When you choose “Continue with Google,” DomainOka uses the OAuth response to verify your identity and receives and uses only your Google-verified email address and Google/OpenID account identifier. The current implementation does not request, use, or store your name or profile picture. DomainOka does not receive or store your Google Account password and does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, or other unrelated Google Account content.
We use this information only to authenticate users, identify or link an existing DomainOka account, support new-account registration, maintain account security, enforce account and trial eligibility rules, and support existing authentication and audit records where applicable.
Necessary authentication and account identifiers may be stored with your DomainOka account for as long as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, and secure the service, subject to the retention and deletion practices described in this Privacy Policy.
DomainOka does not sell Google user data and does not use Google authentication data for advertising. This information may be processed only by service providers necessary to host, operate, and secure DomainOka, as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.
You may revoke DomainOka's Google access through the connected-app permissions in your Google Account settings. Revocation prevents future use of the Google Sign-In authorization unless you authorize it again, but it does not automatically delete your DomainOka account or records retained under this Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
Analysis requests may pass through Vercel, public data services, and the AI model provider used internally. Each service has its own policies and logs, so we recommend reviewing their privacy practices. Do not place confidential or personal information in the domain field or the potential-client finder fields.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the product evolves or moves from Beta to a public release. For privacy questions, contact us through the email listed on the Contact page.
Limited usage measurement
The published site may use Vercel Web Analytics for limited, aggregate page-visit and performance measurement. DomainOka does not pass the domain you analyze, report contents, or your notes to the analytics script, and does not use it to build an advertising profile.
